Selebra Homecare offers a range of services and each nurse and care assistant is passionate about what they do. We carefully select the right staff member for you to ensure they match your physical and psychological needs. If you want the right support to get you back in control our homecare is what you might be looking for:
- Personal care (such as getting up and putting to bed, personal hygiene).
- Preparing light snacks and meals.
- General help (such as shopping, housework, running errands etc.)
- Sitter services
- Devise and deliver total Care Packages
- Continence care
- Exercise programmes under the instruction of a physiotherapist or occupational therapist
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks

HOW IT WORKS
Assessment
A member of our Clinical Team will carry out the Assessment of Needs during a face-to-face meeting. We will visit you in the hospital or at your home address. We believe that a fa-to-face meeting will help us gauge your needs more accurately.
